Nick Walker Height and Weight

Nick Walker’s world-class physique is massive. But in the world of bodybuilding, size can be deceiving.

One reason is that shorter bodybuilders tend to fill out faster due to their compact frames. By comparison, taller bodybuilders may not appear as massive because of their longer limbs.

So just how big is Nick Walker? Let’s take a look.

How Tall Is Nick Walker?

According to multiple sources, Nick Walker stands 5’7″ (170cm) tall. While this is 2 inches shorter than the average man, Walker is by no means the shortest bodybuilder on the Olympia stage.

In fact, Walker is about an inch taller than Hadi Choopan, the 2022 Mr. Olympia overall winner. Below you can see Nick Walker’s height compared to the top five finishers in the 2021 Olympia contest.

How Much Does Nick Walker Weigh?

Nick Walker’s weight fluctuates between 250 lbs and 295 lbs (113-134kg) depending on the phase of his bodybuilding preparations.

For example, during the offseason, Nick bulks up to nearly 300 lbs in an effort to add more muscle to his frame. But leading up to a contest, he cuts body fat and water to end up at a stage weight of around 250 lbs.

Nick Walker Transformation

With a nickname like The Mutant, you may think Nick Walker is a genetic freak that has been a mass monster since birth. However, Nick didn’t look that much different than most other teenagers when he first started lifting weights.

In the Instagram post below, Walker shows his transformation from 18 to 28 years old. Young Nick doesn’t look like a mutant, but he does show some mesomorphic traits, such as a high arching rib cage and a naturally athletic build.
