Have you ever wondered how tall Joe Rogan really is? Many people have speculated about the height of the famous podcast host.

In this article, I’ll dive into the myths and facts surrounding Joe Rogan’s height, and see how he measures up against other famous figures.

Who Is Joe Rogan?

Joe Rogan is an American comedian and commentator best known for his work in television and podcasting. However, he started his career in the entertainment industry in the late 1980s as a stand-up comedian, performing in comedy clubs nationwide.

In the mid-1990s, Rogan made his way into television, where he worked as a host and commentator for several shows, including Fear Factor, The Man Show, and NewsRadio.

Joe’s passion for martial arts led him to become a color commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He has been with the organization for over 20 years, and his enthusiasm for the sport is evident in every broadcast.

In 2009, Joe started his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, where he interviews various guests, from scientists and philosophers to comedians and actors. His ability to have meaningful conversations with his guests has made his show of the most popular podcasts in the world.

However, Rogan can also be a polarizing figure due to his assertive political and social views.

Next, let’s get into Joe Rogan’s size. We’ll start with his height, which may be shorter than most publications list.

Then we’ll look at Rogans’s body weight and how his build and proportions affect his physical stature.

Joe Rogan Height

While Joe Rogan claims to be 5’8″ (173 cm) tall, his actual height is most likely around 5’7″ based on height comparisons with other celebrities. Still, Rogan’s height has been contested as even shorter.

In June 2021, several Tweets and TikTok videos documented a sky-written message over Los Angeles declaring, “Joe Rogan Is Literally 5 Foot 3”. It’s unclear why the message was written other than an inside joke or an attempt to get social views.

It seems that the skywriting prank was inspired by how short Joe Rogan appears when standing next to other famous individuals. However, it’s worth noting that Joe frequently interviews professional fighters and athletes who have much larger-than-average builds.

To illustrate this, I’ve included pictures of Joe Rogan standing next to Aaron Rodgers (6’2″) and Jamahal Hill (6’4″). Despite standing almost a head below these tall athletes, Joe doesn’t seem to be a full foot shorter in comparison.

Joe’s wife, Jessica Ditzel, is a former model that reportedly stands 5’10” tall. If Rogan was really 5’3″, that would make his wife a full 7 inches taller than him!

However, when observing an image of them together, it is clear that Jessica is not that much taller than Joe, even when wearing heels. This leads to the conclusion that Joe Rogan’s height is likely in the 5’7″ range.

Joe Rogan Weight

Joe Rogan often discusses his weight and how it changes throughout the year. He has previously mentioned that while on vacation and not following a diet or exercise routine, he has bulked up to over 210 lbs.

On the other hand, when he eats healthy and exercises regularly, he trims down to around 195 lbs. Therefore, his average weight is approximately 200 lbs. Even when trimmed down, he still weighs quite a bit for a man of his size.

His heavy build, combined with a relatively large head and short neck, may also contribute to his appearance of being shorter than he actually is.

Joe Rogan Workout & Diet

Joe Rogan is known for being passionate about fitness and has maintained a muscular and relatively lean physique even in his fifties. He frequently tries new workout and diet regimens based on insights from experts who appear on his podcasts.

Rogan’s weekly fitness routine consists of a blend of resistance training, cardio, and yoga. He aims to complete three weightlifting sessions, two running sessions, and one or two yoga sessions per week. And he enjoys MMA training when it fits into his schedule.

But Rogan’s dedication to fitness doesn’t end with his workouts. He also pays close attention to his diet, which consists of whole foods such as lean proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats. He avoids processed foods and sugary drinks, opting for water and herbal tea instead.
