While Joe Rogan claims to be 5’8″ (173 cm) tall, his actual height is most likely around 5’7″ based on height comparisons with other celebrities. Still, Rogan’s height has been contested as even shorter.
In June 2021, several Tweets and TikTok videos documented a sky-written message over Los Angeles declaring, “Joe Rogan Is Literally 5 Foot 3”. It’s unclear why the message was written other than an inside joke or an attempt to get social views.

It seems that the skywriting prank was inspired by how short Joe Rogan appears when standing next to other famous individuals. However, it’s worth noting that Joe frequently interviews professional fighters and athletes who have much larger-than-average builds.
To illustrate this, I’ve included pictures of Joe Rogan standing next to Aaron Rodgers (6’2″) and Jamahal Hill (6’4″). Despite standing almost a head below these tall athletes, Joe doesn’t seem to be a full foot shorter in comparison.

Joe’s wife, Jessica Ditzel, is a former model that reportedly stands 5’10” tall. If Rogan was really 5’3″, that would make his wife a full 7 inches taller than him!
However, when observing an image of them together, it is clear that Jessica is not that much taller than Joe, even when wearing heels. This leads to the conclusion that Joe Rogan’s height is likely in the 5’7″ range.

Joe Rogan Weight
Joe Rogan often discusses his weight and how it changes throughout the year. He has previously mentioned that while on vacation and not following a diet or exercise routine, he has bulked up to over 210 lbs.
On the other hand, when he eats healthy and exercises regularly, he trims down to around 195 lbs. Therefore, his average weight is approximately 200 lbs. Even when trimmed down, he still weighs quite a bit for a man of his size.
His heavy build, combined with a relatively large head and short neck, may also contribute to his appearance of being shorter than he actually is.
